Zve10 vs A7iii. A7iii has poor AF and colors lil zve10 had lot better AF and colors. Any firmware updates or anything that fixes it ?
Looks like you’re using the kit lens with the a7iii which will leave you pretty unsatisfied imo. Once I got my Sigma 85mm 1.4, I realized the body was never the issue, the glass is.

Micro Four Thirds is "just getting killed" - Peter Jeune, on Petapixel Podcast 12/06/2025
I actually listened to that, and I think the interview is really thought-provoking. Sony has "just done such a good job at telling the full-frame story" It’s true—Sony really pioneered the push to democratize full-frame with the A7 III. They were so good at convincing the general audience that full-

What kind of two-cameras setup would you favour for low-light events [documentary]? Any advice is welcome, please see the text too.
I saw a recent comparison of the IBIS of one of the latest Panasonic FF cameras vs the G9ii or GH7 and the person who did it reached the conclusion that that FF camera in particular had better IBIS. Considering how much tech has advanced, it might be more of an issue of Olympus vs Sony than m43 vs F

Any advice for how to take better indoor photos with no flash?
All you can do is open up your aperture as far as you can and use the slowest shutter speed you can. Other than that it is adding a lot more light or dealing with the noise. Indoor photography sucks unless it involves pretty powerful lighting. Cameras need a lot more light than human eyes and human

Oly 45/1.8, what a gloriously impractical gorgeous little walk about lens.
i only shoot long end landscape stuff. when it compresses things in it feels less digital, 100-200m range is incredible for this. when i was new to photog thought that the whole point of ultrawides was landscapes but it just makes a very uninteresting picture when you go wide for landscapes. some of

Issues with 50m 1.4 pro communication with Sony a7r3. Support unhelpful.
Just my honest opinion: I posted about an issue I had, got a DM within five minutes asking for my email address, and received an email with new beta firmware to try just half an hour later. That’s excellent customer service. And i later learned that is not even just the viltrox adapter that i acting

Thoughts and advice between 2 cameras R7 vs Z6 and Z62... Opinions ?
Autofocus will still be better than my current D7000 and I've hit some 'almost' tack sharp hummingbirds and managed to bulzeye a dragonfly in flight, both freehand, single point focus, so I don't think a couple millionths of a second will hurt much 😆 If canon had a better lens selection I think I wo

Cross-brand lens adapter experience?
As others have said, Sony has flange problem. Instead of A7iii you might consider Nikon Z6 - same image quality, better body and adapters do exist (Nikon Z has 16mm flange focal distance). But of course the Fujifilm lenses are APS-C, so using them with FF is not the best of ideas unless it's very te

I have a budget of around $600-$700. What about your lens budget? Nature, Architecture, Street, and Portraits. I care more about the final "look" and resolution of the image than I do about video or high-speed sports. Nature is a really broad term that could include many different types of photograp
