Worth the switch?
Right, as a fellow Sony 20-70 f/4 owner and M43 shooter, let me share my thoughts… I own the Sony A7C (so, a step up from your A7II) along with the 20-70 f/4, plus a few other lenses. I also have an OM-5 paired with the 12-45 f/4 Pro. When I bought the Sony 20-70 f/4, my intention was to replace the

MC 3M-5CA vs. MC Rubinar Macro lens comparison
Sony a7II and a6000. But yeah you’re actually right about IBIS not being a factor as I tend to use a tripod for Moon photography. I did take Moon pictures with both cameras before and saw no difference, so I figured I might as well use the one with better low-light performance. But I didn’t pixel-pe

Dirty dirty dirty, needs a good wash and wax
It was my first time taking pictures with an actual camera at night and it was freezing so I couldn’t play around with my settings as much as I wanted but I’m happy with it how they came out, I’m definitely coming back to this spot when I get my skills up. Any tips on low light settings would be app

What lenses produce watercolor bokeh?
I thought that my Sony a7II in crop mode would function just like my Sony a6000, but then I found out that it basically crops out part of the resolution, whereas the a6000 has the same resolution but confined to a smaller sensor. I honestly thought I would be selling the a6000 once I upgraded to the

First Camera Recommendations
I’d recommend looking into the Sony A7 platform. I have been using the original A7 since 2017 and it’s been great. I also do a lot of car photography and low light and the A7 really shines in low light conditions. Just looked on B&H and their used department has a few A7 and A7II for around $600-700

my first m43 camera (on a budget)
Potential disappointments with the GX7: EVF is tiny, is 16x9 aspect ratio, and uses a technology called field sequential LCD (look it up) which a small number of people are sensitive enough to they get physically nauseated when using it. Others are fine. You won't know until you try it yourself. (Sa

best cameras around 500$ for lowlight photography?
Full frames have better low light capability than crop sensors, unless they are like 2 decades apart. So get some full frame with 50 1.8. Ideally put a bit more money and get bit newer but not too new, like canon rp or sony a7ii. But if you really cant afford those despite selling your current gear,

Very Very New
If I were you I would not invest more in the D3000 as a system if this is the style of photography you want to work with. The poor low light performance on that era of DSLR's is going to make this a very uphill battle. Modern gear you can live at ISO 6400 all day and get great shots. Something like

Camera Mirrorless budget range 10-15jt
Waktu itu beli baru 2019-2020an. Beli itu objectivenya pengen full frame buat foto. Kisaran 12jt utk body only waktu itu. Ga pake lensa kit, langsung pake yg 50mm f1.8 aja. Cuman kalo jalan-jalan kadang yg pegang kameranya ga suka fixed focal length, jadi beli lensa sapu jagat lagi yg 24-240mm. Kare
