Thanks I’m glad it was helpful. ANC headphones are active noise cancelling headphones. I use the Sony ULT Wear ones and they are so good at protecting me from outside sound. It’s a really good idea to start trying to identify your sensory issues as accommodating those can make a big difference.

I have XM5s at home, so I bought cheaper used Sony ult wear headphones and the noise cancelling is just as good as my XM5s. I also have a coworker who keeps listening to music. Usually it's ambient music but because of the holidays it's holiday music. The only reason I don't say anything is because
