Around two weeks ago my headphones worked perfectly fine but now when I press Bluetooth it shows two sport x20s and only the right bud produces sound when I connect to both of them. I already tried resetting which didn’t work, and Soundcore Support wasnt helpful at all.

I just bought the Sport X20, and I'm loving it so far. But the only thing I have a question about is how long it takes to charge. I read online that it could take an hour and a half. The booklet doesn't really give me any good information on it. Can someone please tell me?

The sound quality is excellent when they stay in my ears. The earbuds are new.

I have tried each size of the little rubber pieces and none of them will stay in my ear. If I have to turn my head and often just walking causes them to fall out or at least come loose.
