How many hours a day do you use it? I have a Steelcase Amia and i can't really do more than 30 mins. I use it for work, but makes it hard to concentrate.

What is something worth buying despite how expensive it is?

My Herman Miller Gaming Embody office chair was not cheap (paid $1425 couple years ago), but it was 100% worth it.
