Gaming vs Ergonomic Chair

How are you liking the chair?

I’ve had the Steelcase Gesture (seat feels practically unpadded after a couple months), the Embody Gaming (returned after two weeks, miserably painful for me), and now have the Liber Novo for a few weeks and absolutely love it. No pain, the lumbar adjustment is great, seat padding is plush, and the

Furniture store w/ CA-made ergo office chairs (in stock)?

It's not Canadian made, but Steelcase is the best I've ever seen in terms of ergonomics, style and overall quality. It's made in Germany, not Asia so maybe it works for you? I've had a Steelcase Gesture for about 15 years now and still not a single squeak or creak with zero maintenance. The Leap is

Chairs for wide-load ppl to sit on like a pretzel

hard out, sitting like a normal human for 8 hours is impossible. i’m a cross-legged sitter too and the biggest issue in nz is finding stuff that isn't just narrow office depot junk. definitely go try the steelcase gesture if any showroom has it, the armrests move out of the way completely so you can

What is a 'buy it for life' item that is offensively expensive, but the moment you use it, you realize your entire life before that point was a lie?

I have had a steelcase gesture for about 6 years and it’s been amazing. That’d be my recommendation. I wasn’t a fan of the HM Aeron

Same, but Steelcase Gesture. I tried out the Aeron, and didn't like how it felt. Picked up a leather Steelcase Gesture for about $460 in great condition, and have been using it ever since (5+ years now).
