The sizing thing is so real - I'm short and most "ergonomic" chairs feel like they were designed for giants. My feet dangle like a kid at the dentist unless I get a footrest, which defeats the whole point of having an adjustable chair. Have you looked into the Herman Miller Sayl or the Steelcase Ser

Gimmicky. Based on the search, I am assuming you are also shorter. If so, Go to Crandall Office Furniture, and pick up a refurbished Steelcase Series 1. It has adjustable seat depth, which makes a HUGE difference. I can easily adjust the arms on it to sit cross legged!

graphic office interiors in saanichton has steelcase chairs if you are in that kind of budget (in and around the $1k mark). the leap, series 1/2, amia, and a few others are not mesh. you might need to call ahead to book an appointment, but they had all the chairs as demos to try in-store when I boug

A car is a horrible comparison, the best car you can buy for long term reliability is a Toyota, not a Ferrari. And while sure, something like the Secretlab Titan is going to be more comfortable than a $50 office chair, that doesn’t change the fact that the chair is shit value at $500 MSRP. You can g

Get a good chair. (Specific models depends on your build/preferences - I like the Steelcase Series 1 with an added McKenzie Lumbar Roll. Chair from Crandall Office Furniture, McKenzie Roll from Amazon).

If you're a solid postured individual, this probably isn't a concern for you. If you tend to lean or contort yourself in the chair, the chair won't support you as well. I wi

i feel you on the sore back after full days. the branch chair is decent for $300 but the steelcase series 1 at $500 is worth the jump - way better lumbar and seat cushion that doesnt flatten. also check out the sihoo m18 around $250 or the clatina mellet if you want a headrest. what helped me was ge

Ha sokat használod, nem érdemes spórolni vele. Ergonómikus széket kell nézni, hátad meghálálja. Nekem steelcase series 1 van, ma talán black friday miatt akciósan is meg lehet venni.

I keep wondering whether there are chairs out there that truly tick all the boxes. Aeron and Zody seem to come the closest thanks to their forward tilt feature. I still need to try an Aeron with forward tilt, and I’ll be doing a multi-day test of the Zody next week to see how it holds up in real use
