It Finally Happened
Hello Fellow broken Arctis Pro Wireless user. The hinge is so weak, that you have to 3D print parts from it. ( I'm still looking for the right tutorial, but here the part in question: https://www.printables.com/model/841062-steel-series-arctis-pro-hinge-fix ) This is quite annoying. Honestly I will

A message to SteelSeries: Sonar is devaluing your premium headsets by making ChatMix software-based.
I agree. When I switched from the Arctis Pro Wireless to the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, I was blindsided by having to use Sonar to use ChatMix. It made me instantly regret my purchase, because I thought it would be hardware-based like the 2 previous SteelSeries headsets I've owned. Also, the SteelSer

Aerox 3 wireless not working
Steelseries is really crap... I bought 2 devices a few years ago and both have problems... I bought an arctis pro wireless headset and the base station is no longer detected by the steelseries gg software. I tried everything installing on another PC updating the drivers changing the USB cable and no

What headset are you guys using?
I moved from steel series arctis pro wireless to IEM I got the Kefin clean (paid around 10-15$) I can hear footsteps way better now, I genuinely recommend you to check the IEM, Much cheaper than “gaming headset” Footsteps are louder also the directional sound is better.

Monthly Support Thread & FAQ- May 2026
I recently got my Arctis Nova Pro Wireless as a replacement for my broken Arctis Pro Wireless. Since the sound on them needs some heeeeeeaaavy tweaking to sound anything near good, I had to enable Sonar. Ever since then, my network driver/device regularly looses connection for 5 to 30 seconds. Advice on which headset to buy for Series X
I have used Turtle Beach since day 1 gaming on XBox. My XBox is now a Series X. My headset is the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 3. It's the best sounding gaming headset! I use it for gaming and listening to music. It has 60mm drivers so the bass is really nice. No one else has drivers that big. Most

Arctis Nova Wireless + Sonar + DTS X / Dolby Atmos
If you're coming from an older Steel Series headset that supports DTS X or Atmos you might prefer how they sound compared to Sonar.I updated from the Arctis Pro Wireless and thought that the Nova Pro Wireless sound like trash without DTS X. You usually have to choose between DTS X/Atmos or Chatmix/M

Arctis Pro's /w Gamedac - equivalent or better
I had a pro with a gamepad, the headset was refunded after an audio glitch (I asked for ways to repair, but they said they didn’t do those kind of things) and I used the store credit to get a pro wireless. Could still identiteit the gamedac until that dac got wonky, borking out every so often. Used
