Building a PC budget is up to $3k USD
The motherboard is very expensive for no benefit, while you won't need Windows Pro for your purposes. Suggestions below that improve performance with a 5080 plus provide better airflow for $200 less. CPU Cooler: Much less expensive 360mm AIO with aRGB. It's overkill for the 9800X3D, but helps fill o

Is this pc decent? My budget is below 2500 lmk if I should swap anything
Suggestions below that upgrade the CPU to a 9800X3D and the GPU to a 5080 for just $170 more, still keeping an AIO, aquarium style case, plenty of aRGB, plus some other improvements. CPU: Upgraded to the 9800X3D. Won't provide a large difference in performance (only about 3% better at 1440p based on

PNY XLR8 Gaming CS3140 2TB is this good as main drive? It has DRAM
Check if other DRAM drives like the TeamGroup G70 Pro or SK Hynix Platinum P41 are cheaper.

Custom pc build
You could go for something price-wise that falls in between your two lists (@ $3965), but will perform the same as the more expensive one with a 9800X3D and 5080. In your second list, you added some more expensive parts that aren’t going to provide any performance benefit in games. If you wanted, yo

This a good pc build?
A few comments: 64GB of RAM is more than needed for gaming, plus the specs are not good (6000mhz CL30 is the ideal). More RAM typically won't help, while worse specs will have an effect. The 7800X3D is a very low power draw CPU (one of the lowest under gaming loads), so a 360mm AIO is unnecessary. N

Select the correct country in PCPP, and link to the list. Replace the NV3 with a better drive like the Timetec 35TTFP6PCIE, TeamGroup MP33 Pro, Patriot P400 Lite, or TeamGroup G70 Pro.

New PC $2000
CPU is available at this price when bundled with a motherboard on MSI's webstore. 7700 has similar performance to 9600x, great value at this price. Decent dual tower cooler for cheap. Could upgrade to ID-Cooling A620 PRO SE or Thermalright Phantom Spirit Decent cheap Motherboard. Could upgrade to so

Rate my PcPartPicker List/ Find any problems Thanks
A few thoughts: The 7600 is too expensive, considering the 7600X and 9600X both currently cost less while outperforming it (if by only a little). You’re spending a lot on the cooler, which could be put towards more powerful components like the GPU. Case is also expensive (though I’m assuming you lik
