First and cheapest, a dedicated white nose fan like a DOHM is invaluable in my opinion. I sold my Pixel 9 Pro and bundled my PIxel Buds 2 Pro with them for free. They never worked well for me. I have some other in-ear monitors and true wireless earbuds, but I don't have anything that is ideal for the gym. I ordered some TOZO NC9, which are supposed to be solid. I used them this morning

I don’t know if I’ve ever hated a product more
I got a pair of TOZO NC9 off of Amazon after I had been using AirPods and later JBL earbuds, which kept falling out of my ears.
