TP-Link vs Ubiquiti

Network quirk has me pulling my hair out - any help appreciated!
Yep I bought Deco BE65 that was giving my phone and iPad 900mbps all over the house, but it kept dropping out completely and of course the PC didn’t like them, so I returned them.
