TP-Link Deco in Router or AP Mode when paired with an isp router?
This matches my experience. I could only attain about 1/2 of my expected download speed over ethernet when using my Deco M5 node in router mode.

Take it back. Deco M5 is only AC/wifi 5… At least get Wifi 6 or 6E. All of the decos can work as a wired access point.

Can I bypass the bottle neck at all?
Except that’s a bad mesh. I had one, got it as a birthday present, and I wasn’t particularly happy with it, even though I only had 100 Mbps service at the time. deco m5 randomly stops working
I have a network with many decos M5 and they are failing since a month ago idk why, Im thinking is a TP-Link strategy to get them out ok the market, also the deco app fails everytime showing offline decos when they are working

Deco X50- setting up IPV6. Need help!
Early models had a lot of issues, hopefully they’ve fixed them but hopefully following thread may help https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/759422 I got mine back in 2022 and sent back due to a lot of issues, my older deco m5 setup worked better. I think the deco uses IPv6 over IPv4 but

Please recommend some of the best mesh routers/APs for home. (India specific) Details below:
I have cables running through each floor. But the main problem lies with Airtel stock router and my Deco M5 main node. Both are really basic and creates double NAT issue.
