My humble home setup
UCG Ultra with two Deco XE75's (ethernet backhauled).
Been running great for a while and the wifi coverage is really good but not being able to centrally manage VLANS for the wifi is annoying I'll admit. I do intend to replace the decos with Unifi AP's sometime in the future. I've got an AC lite l

Deco XE75 is awesome.
I know these kinds of official support subreddits are usually more skewed to people coming to complain or ask for support, so I just wanted to say I love this system. I recently moved from an apartment to a 3BR house and got gigabit fiber in the process, so my home network needed some thought to mak

Best Wifi Mesh System
Upgraded my whole-home wifi with the TP-Link Deco XE75 and I’m actually impressed.
TP-Link Deco XE75 (Wifi Mesh System): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B88T5RDY
Just swapped out my old router + extender setup for this mesh system and the difference is real. If you’re sick of dead spots, buffering, w

Unifi resolved my Google Home Speaker Issues - Thank you Unifi
I have a pretty wifi heavy smarthome. I know zigbee and other non wifi options are better, but I started building out my smarthome before I had that knowledge.
I was using 4 x deco XE75 pros. I would suffer dropped connections often - and playback to anymore than 5 speakers would often be choppy.

My humble home setup
Hey, it’s funny how similar our stories are. I have a UCG Max and 2 Deco XE75s that I tried to replace by 2 U7 Pro wall and 1 U7 Lite to support the VLAN management. Big mistake, range and speed were so poor I returned everything back to Ubiquiti! You can read about it here. Ultimately, Decos are gr

Gold SE, Google TV Streamer issues, and Awesomness.
What I have:
- Deco XE75 Pro x3
- Att BW210 Router
- New Gold SE
What happened:
- Gold SE was stupidly easy to setup.
- Gold SE causes you to spend the rest of the night looking at all its infinite options and doing a little research on said options.
- Google TV Streamer was buffering. Like. Mad. But only on

Deco XE75 Pro, backup
Hi All
I have a couple of XE75 Pro's. All working great without issues.
I've read somewhere in the App you can setup a backup connection / hotspot if the ISP line goes down? I can't see that option? Maybe it's country specific.
Anyone running a backup connection "just in case" ..
Oh also consi

Solution to download speed problems with Starlink v3.0 kit and TPLink Deco XE75 mesh...
edited because it wasn't the port
I just setup and new Starlink v3.0 kit and got ~280Mbps downloads. But when I put the Starlink router into bypass mode and connected to the Deco, I wasn't getting more than 89-90 Mbps download speed.
The problem wasn't the cable, but the port on the Deco QoS se

Deco XE75 slow upload - learn from my mistake
Home setup is 2 Deco XE75 mesh units. I recently upgraded from cable internet that was 600 down/11 up to 1000/1000 fiber. After the switchover, my upload speed was still only 11 Mbps. The fiber install tech said it would be a couple days before the connection was optimized, so at first I thought

Deco XE75 Pro AXE5400 Tri-Band Mesh Wi-Fi 6E
The deco line is not like the rest of tp-link lines, this one is more focused on simple fool proof mesh wifi nodes to spread in ur home, they are not meant to be a full scale router, and honestly most of the time they will be used as APs rather than routers.. if u want a full scale router go for the
