Play games at 800p max settings at 90hz (OLED) with perfect HDR via Moonlight+Apollo with basically no latency or streaming artifacts. Turn the Steam Deck into a better PS Portal using ChiakiNG+. Stream Xbox/xbox game pass games both locally and from the cloud using Greenlight.

I just replaced my Steam Deck LCD with a Steam Deck OLED just two months ago. Forget Portal, Valve's greatest accomplishment is getting me to pay $550 for Zen 2 cores and RDNA2 graphics in 2025 and not making me feel like I got ripped off.

For very early impressions, Silksong seems to draw very little power. If you have an OLED you could definitely get away with playing at 90 FPS without a big hit to battery life! hey OP this is important. i bought a refurbished deck a couple years ago, and it would occasionally die like that and i would rescue it by rebuilding the bios. eventually it stopped being recoverable with a bios rebuild. i bought a bios flashing tool and dumped the bios and used a 'box fresh' bios.

Keep in mind, if you ever see a steam deck user say "runs amazingly" or "solid 60" they’re lying their ass off. It really means "game runs like shit and looks like a pixelated mess.
