I ran into a similar issue after updating Windows 11 to 24H2 where I started getting random crashes. Turned out my Western Digital SSD (SN770) needed a firmware update. Last place I would ever think to look for an issue like that, but worth a shot to check if you have one of those SSDs

Is it worth it?
