Title: Best RTX 5070 Ti model for my build + SSD recommendations?

The Asus TUF or MSI Gaming X Trio would be solid picks for your needs - both have excellent cooling and run pretty quiet while not breaking the bank with unnecessary premium features. For the SSD, skip the FireCuda 530 and grab a Samsung 990 Pro or WD SN850X instead, they're usually cheaper in Germa

How good is WD Black SN850X 2TB SSD M.2 2280 NVME PCI-E Gen4 Solid State Drive with Heatsink???

Their higher end drives like the SN850x are really good and fast. You will generally never see the difference between Gen 4 vs Gen 5 storage.

Good 2tb SSD drives for $400 or under ?

for the 2025 g14 you want a single-sided ssd to avoid heat issues. at $400 you've got great options. Samsung 990 Pro 2TB runs around $280-320, hits 7450MB/s, and the magician software helps with thermal monitoring. WD Black SN850X 2TB is similar performance around $260-300. if you want to save a bit

For those who've switched from a UDM Pro to the UCG-Fiber, was it worth it?

Years ago I used some cheap SSDs and they all seemed to fail or have issues within a couple years. When I started getting highly reputable ones, usually WD black or Samsung ssds, I never really had issues again. For hdds, I've just been getting exos for a while now too for more speed and reliability

Gaming PC +/- capacity for video editing & coding. £1500-£1750 budget.

Pretty much min maxed your budget, it's a compact micro atx build. Chose intel as it's far better for productivity whilst 13% worse than r7 7800 x3d and 168% faster at productivity. Amd is great but starts to loose when work gets into the picture. 270k plus is only £40 more than 265k but performs 16

[Level1Techs] 256TB in a Single SSD Is Real, and It's Coming to Consumers

My experience is the opposite of what you said. I have one SK 512 GB TLC SSD with TBW of 288 TB but it died at 40 TB written. I bought an WD SN850X and it showed the same symptoms (random freezes, disconnects) a few months after buying, like WTF? Maybe that's just unlucky but I feel like the TLC one
