The issue is that starting with the Wyze Cam 4, Wyze has deliberately locked cameras from being able to flash a different firmware. Unfortunately there is no known way to go around it at the moment.

Hardwired cameras have a MUCH larger power appetite so you need batteries in the system and a panel big enough to both power the camera and charge the batteries

Nice to meet you Alan. This whole thing will be very ilunfair to you at times and you are going to receive the brunt of some customers frustration. In my case those tickets are a waste of time and a bunch of work for customers who will "never" receive a resolution as there will be no response, ever.
