I removed my Fitcam X (Dual channel version), replaced it with a triple channel 70mai T800. I did not trust using the Fitcam X as it constantly failed to record — as many others experienced this same issue and posted in various forums.

The specific brand or model of dashcam will make no difference to Eyesight. Per the manual, there is a recommended "dead zone" on the windshield where you're not supposed to mount anything. That said, I (and many others) have ignored those recommendations and placed my dashcam very close to the Eyes
