Button that opens copilot where right control should be, on a 3000 dollar laptop

Very unlikely, this is an Asus ROG zephyrus g14, not great for work and rough battery life - pretty much the most gaming performance possible built into the smallest frame possible, lots of overheating issues too. Unless this guy is an exec that got to pick their own laptop from wherever lol

100w power adapter enough for 60 w on power config?

Setting the power limit to 60W does not mean that this is the max wattage that will get drawn. There's a lot of other stuff eating up wattage. 100W could be ok, but would require testing. Anyhow, charging with USB sucks on this device if you plan on staying connected after the battery is full. Only

Compact charger for 2025 G14

WARNING: The 2025 G14 allegedly does not support passthrough charging with a USB C charger. That means that when it's charged to the limit, the USB C charger does not feed the laptop directly, but instead charges the battery and the laptop continues draining the battery. This leads to wear and tear

How reliable are open box excellent devices from Best Buy?

I feel like it’s a coin flip. I bought an Open Box Good 2025 Zephyrus G14 with a 5070ti and 32GB of RAM in mid January. It was fine for a week or so, then I noticed when the screen would go to sleep, the whole computer would shut down. And sometimes when I’d try to fire it back up, it’d go through t

Are these temps normal?

A quick registry edit and it will show up under advanced power options https://www.reddit.com/r/ZephyrusG14/comments/gho535/important_update_to_properly_disable_boosting/ mine does have a tendency to reenable it though so check back periodically if you notice the machine getting unusually warmer than us

Compact charger for 2025 G14

Depends on your load, 100W PD would normally be fine with less than 80w load when the battery is charged. I ran heavier games that sometimes take 140W when ASUS adapter is used. When running on 100w USB-C, from time to time, the battery has to compensate, as a result it drains about 5% per hour But

Where are the AMD's

MacBook is the way for laptops. I own some of the top mobile PC laptops like the Zephyrus G14 and they are okay but they pale in comparison to the unibody construction, better finish, amazing battery life, and superior OS For desktop AMD is king. Ryzen 5 2600X has been great and of course the X3D CP

Micro stuttering every single game - Asus TUF F16 4050rtx

You might want to check this: https://www.reddit.com/r/ZephyrusG14/comments/1nj2lff/asus_gaming_laptops_have_been_broken_since_2021_a/ To be short, an update of bios that should be fixing "most" of your problems. I got mine yesterday and had the same problem. I still get small stutters but they are less not

nvlddmkm.sys BSOD Fix

For context this is the ZephyrusG14 subreddit, it's focused on a laptop series not PCs where your issue differs (sagging). For the users here, when the laptop is switched between battery and charge/powered it would briefly turn off the display and that could occasionally cause the system to freeze /

CPU Throttling Plugged into Type C Docking Hub

Happens to me when I use a USB C that doesn't give enough power, you'll definitely notice this if you game since 90W isn't near enough for that, maybe if you limit the CPU and GPU a lot it's possible but for the most part, it isn't On top of that, the G14 is rated for 100W over USB C and even if you
