Dream Router 7 or Asus BT8/BT10

You sound exactly like me. Work from home. Don't mind tinkering, hate fixing. Computer background from school (lawyer now though). I have an old house, fiber comes in the back of the house and I have cat6 running around the outside of the house to the middle and end of my house. (My house is long an

Current update on the ASUS - RT-BE92U

I finally get both of my bt10 connected wired to Be92U. One bt10 serves upstairs and one bt10 serve basement. Looks ok now but with asus iOS app updates the connected devices disappear in the app (though they still connected !)

WiFi 7 Mesh options

I just test out the Be63’s last week for 3100 SF home and large backyard. It worked well but I’m more of a prosumer and the app was pretty dumbed down. Bought the more expensive Asus BT10, 2 pack and they just smoke the BE63s. Faster and a lot better range.

Best Modem and Router 2025

I have the Hitron CODA56 modem and the Asus ZenWiFi BT10 (and BT8) router. I think it’s a great combo, although I did have some weird issues with my router losing connection periodically at first. Wi-Fi 7 capable and lots of advanced networking options (for free, no subscription) if you want to go d

Plz recommend between Orbi 870, 970 or Eero Max 7

I was in a similar situation when I wanted to upgrade to WiFi 7 after having Orbi RBR753. Bought an Orbi 871 and it was a nightmare. I didn’t believe the reviews but it was a nightmare that I ended up returning to Amazon. There was no way I was going to spend hours trouble shooting and collecting lo

Adios to Unifi / Dream Router 7

Yeah, don't feel bad. I made some post here about the UX7's and got a bunch of feedback like " you've got to tweak the settings out of the box, and maybe you need to change the channels due to interference," etc. I messed with those 2 UX7's on my first floor for about 3 days off and on and they coul

Eero 7 or TP Link Deco BE95?

Since you ask, just got this one myself, but very impressed with it. The Asus ZenWiFi BT10 mesh is working really well for us. We have only two nodes, and that covers our 2000 sq.ft. two-story house fully. We have gigabit fiber internet, and speed tests in our living room on a Samsung S25+ wifi-7 ph

3 router set up

I've got the ZenWiFi BT10 mesh set up here, with wireless backhaul. It works really well for us. It's only two nodes, but that's all we need. One node (router node) in the family room on one side of the house, and the other node in the dining room, more towards the middle/front of the house. Great c
