I have family members who own Beelinks (not the SER8) and one of the PCs failed within a month due to the cheap SSD dying. The other is still running well 3 years later. The main issue I feel is that almost all of the mini PC companies are competing on cost, so they're picking subpar components.

Wasn't too impressed with the UM870 Slim and the A8 currently ships crippled with single channel memory and only supports a single SSD. You get what you pay for. In my opinion, a 32GB Beelink SER8 8845HS or GMKtec K8 Plus are both better quality and better long term investment.
