How do you deal with the 4K monitor's real estate scaling issue?
I've run a 27" 2560x1440 monitor on windows for many, many years. I bought a 32" 4K BenQ MA320U. Like you said, it wanted to put it at 1920x10180....for after using 1440 for at least a decade, this was was too big for me. I run that 4k scaled at 2560x1440. I couldn't get past that loss of real estat

Is there a way to add a second viewer for a dual-monitor setup? I'd like to use my MacBook display as a full-screen viewer, as the color reproduction is significantly better than on my BenQ MA320U.

Ma320U or PD3205U
I did not notice any flickering or backlight issues. However I didn't do that much testing, as I returned the MA320U (and many other monitors that I tried from other brands) and now am using one Samsung S80PB and one BenQ RD320U.
