Please check my silence oriented build (>2500€)
You do not need separate thermal paste; the one included with the cooler works fine. I doubt that you will be using any features of the Tomahawk board. I do not know where you source the components; this exact memory kit is cheaper in Germany. Cheaper SSD with the same controller chip. A 9060 XT 907

Building first PC
The case comes with only 1 fan. So you definitely want some more case fans. The nvme is qlc which is less reliable and durable than tlc. So get a tlc for less.
