Go 6

I swapped to an Onyx Boox from Kindle so i could take notes (school + work + old) and omg I audibly gasped when I saw both the power button AND charging port on the side so you could rest it upright while charging... never going back!

Over the years, I have owned and used: Note 5 Note Air 3C Tab X Go 10.3 Note Max Note Air 5C Go 7 Palma Pro 2 Go 10.3 II Lumi All worked flawlessly with zero issues. That being said, I buy them on Amazon, not from Boox directly, so I can easily return them if I need to.

Thanks for sharing. I have a Boox Go Color 7 and have been happy with it and was even considering getting the newer version or a Palma. But seeing your experience definitely makes me reconsider because I don’t want to deal with crappy customer service. Are there any other android e-readers out there

I like this question. My bests have been PocketBook Verse Lite and Boox Go 6. I am curious about the Kobo Clara as well. I don't know about that one. My Boox Go 6 without WiFi or Bluetooth and with little night reading is able to last me a month of reading. I have 2 BOOX (Palma 1 and tab mini) never had any issue with them (and I’m going to get a Go 7). You just got a defective product, doesn’t mean the whole line up is trash. BOOX product quality is the best in the market IMO. The customer service may be trash, but so is kobo from my understanding.
