iDRAC on a 52" is wild
Is that the $2,899.99 U5226KW? Can I have it when you're done with it, my monitors suck.

AVP For development work?
I am going to counter what everyone else is saying. As others have said, it is not as clear as a great monitor. Dell has an awesome 52-inch 6K U5226KW monitor that would be amazing for a productivity space. It's IPS, so it will be easy on the eyes and 120Hz for some light gaming on the side. Apple m

My work desk end game
It's the Dell U5226KW. 52" 6140 x 2560 resolution, 120Hz, with built in Thunderbolt/USB hub and multiple picture in picture/picture by picture options. It's incredible.

They seemed more impressed by that 52” Dell monitor than they should be IMO
if you're genuinely curious, here are my personal reasons why i am excited about this monitor and why i prefer it to the 57" G9. I get why other people might have different preferences. Just explaining my own use case as to why this monitor is so compelling for me: the 32:9 form factor of the G9 is

Regarding the new Dell U5226KW: Has Dell finally fixed the Thunderbolt 4 dropouts? (U4025QW owner here)
I had access to and was daily driving the U5226KW for the last 2 months at work. Never had a drop out with the many Dell laptops and desktops tested. Also worked fine with the Macbooks we tossed at it.

6144 x 2560 is another. but brand new, 21:9 aspect ratio, "ultrawide" monitor. I find this aspect ratio great for "office productivity" and its common in a lot of offices that I've setup. Dell has a history of 21:9 aspect ratio monitors, the Dell Ultrasharp range from small to large: U3425WE - 34" 3

My WFH monitor is a Dell U4025QW and my office monitor before I got the 52" was the older version of the Dell 40" (U4021QW), so I have used both extensively. I would say U5226KW > U4025QW everyday of the week if you can justifiy spending that type of money. Even better if work buys it for you :P Yes

(U4919DW Monitor) Flickering / Burn in / Vertical lines (Manufacture Date: 2021 November)
I ended up just not using the monitor for a couple of hours and it came back to normal... as it typically does. But still it's only a matter of time. I don't trust dell, but damn their new U5226KW looks tempting.
