Inspire 3

I have been using the Inspire 3 for a couple of months, and I discovered something concerning this morning. The heartbeat count sent from the device to the app in real-time is (at times) so way off that it changes all the functions the app calculates and reports to us.

I was speaking with an agent and he mentioned that many folks are calling in about certain features not working with inspire 3.

He also mentioned they might be removing the sleep score feature!

Like come on, instead of giving up and just nuking the whole thing, maybe try harder to fix it?

Need advice. I bought an inspire 3 to track my sleep and heart rate. It works beautifully all day, but for some reason at night while I sleep it stops recording heart rate and sleep data. Anyone know how to resolve?
