DDR4 RAM - are there better barebones options than the AMD 5825u based MiniPCs?
Here's the score. AMD ditched DDR4 with the release of their Rembrandt 6000 series and Intel integrated graphics with processors supporting DDR4 tend to fall below 3200MHz Radeon Vega 8. GMKtec reputable brand? Help
I also have no problems with the K8 Plus or K11. I also have a GMKtec M5 Plus, and I'm very satisfied with all the models I have. The design of the K8 Plus and K11 is particularly good, with excellent access to the CPU cooler, and they also ensure good ventilation.

Best mini pc cpu in 2025 ?
If you're replacing a Raspberry Pi, literally anything. If you're concerned about TDP, find a 'U' CPU. Ryzen 3500U, 5825U, 7730U (latter two effectively the same chip) are cheap and 15W (or if not by default, can be set there). https://www.gmktec.com/products/gmktec-g10-amd-ryzen-5-3500u-mini-pc?spm
