Thinking of upgrading from Nest to Nest Pro. I'll miss Voice Assistant/speakers. Any additional products I can buy to retain these?

I would then advise against. There is very little practical difference between the nest and nest wifi pro. If you need to squeeze out a few more mb/s of bandwidth with a wifi 6e band then yes otherwise if you really enjoy the Google home assistant integrated devices I would say stick with them

Help with reaching a thread sensor

Probably not what you want to hear, but ...I had huge problems with Thread when using Google Nest Wifi Pro 6e routers as my OTBRs. Frequent disconnects and unreliability were an issue, not just with Aqara sensors (I have 15 of those) but with many other device. I had a mixed network of both Apple TV

Smart home devices and one point keep going offline

I have a nest WiFi pro 6E with three points (1 main router and 2 points). In the past few weeks I have noticed one of my points which is connected hard wired keeps going offline for an hour or two at random times.

I have also noticed two of my farthest devices (one Ring camera and one Brilliance s

New Yale lock not connecting

Yeah for their support to tell me the product doesn't exist definitely shows a lack of training. No one ever even asked if I have all the other equipment required for matter/thread or if I gave them a good old fashioned reboot. I'm using a nest wifi setup (not the pro) and have a guest network, so u

Is the Google Nest Wifi Pro decent? It's 53% off on Amazon.

Ironically I just did some research on this since my current Nest Wi-Fi system starting dropping intermittently. I ended up going with Deco XE75 Pro, which is also on sale on Amazon. YMMV but for my situation, since I have hard lines going to a few rooms, Nest WiFi Pro is not a good option. I’m also

Google Nest WiFi Pro 6e and Samsung SmartThings compatibility?

I have a Samsung The Frame 75" 4K UHD HDR QLED Tizen Smart TV (QN75LS03BAFXZC) and have previously used the SmartThings App to connect to the TV.

I have an iPhone 14 with IOS 16.4.1 and SmartTHings 1.7.01.14

I installed a brand-new Google Wifi Pro 6e mesh in the last two weeks.

The three Google

Recommendations for a mesh system addition or a new system altogether

Hi everyone.

I currently have a TP-Link Archer AX53 and will be moving house soon. I'll need more coverage so I was looking at one of 2 options:

  1. Get an access point(/router?) which will be wired to my current AX53. Essential that this be a mesh network and not an extender. I'm not sure what will w

High Pings Internal Wireless

Since last firmware (or at least when I kind of started noticing) I'm getting extremely high internal pings. Anyone else seeing this with latest firmware? Have about 70 devices attached and I can't seem to find anything different or wrong. Just wondering if others experiencing anything abnorma

Intermittent Wi-Fi disconnects on laptops only - anyone else experiencing this?

Hey Google Fiber community,

I've been experiencing some strange Wi-Fi issues lately and I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered something similar. Here's what's happening:

  • My Apple laptop randomly loses Wi-Fi connectivity
  • When this happens, other devices like phones remain connected
  • Sometimes

"Upgraded" to Nest Wifi Pro 6e and speeds dropped 10X (incompatible with Powerline)

Here's the issue. I have 1Gbps Internet. I had Google Wifi (2016) and everything worked perfectly, including my 1Gbps Powerline adapter which I use to backhaul Google Wifi router 1 (master) to 2 of 5.

Since upgrading to Nest Wifi Pro 6e, if I include the Powerline in the connections (TP-Link AV2000
