How do you manage new router?
The nest wifi pro is managed from the google home app. If it’s already set up and you don’t see it on the app, it was set up on another account and youll have to factory reset it (if you don’t have access to the other account). If it’s not set up, let it boot for a min or two, and hit add new device

2.4 ghz is the strongest connection?
Get a mesh network extender if you want the reach for the 5g network. I have a Nest WiFi pro with 3 points and have great coverage in my 1500 square foot house.... 2 of them upstairs and one on ground level.

Is the Google Nest Wifi Pro decent? It's 53% off on Amazon.
Ironically I just did some research on this since my current Nest Wi-Fi system starting dropping intermittently. I ended up going with Deco XE75 Pro, which is also on sale on Amazon.
