Lofree flow 2 (preorder) or flow lite?
Updated thoughts from my first few hours using the flow lite 2: If you like the idea of the keyboard, don't mind the design, and don't do much customisation, it's not terrible. I would not get the 100% version (which is what my review sample is) mostly because it is big, and I don't like big boards.

Lofree flow 2 (preorder) or flow lite?
Also I use it via 2.4 GHz like 90 % of the time. Yeah I also found that to not be a problem. It was only Bluetooth, which was annoying for me because I work on an android tablet about 40% of the time haha. I guess everybody and their mother hopes that the Flow 2 will be a complete flop because of th

I want that creamy "Thock" sound, but I have zero interest in building a custom keyboard. Are the new pre-builts (Keychron/Epomaker) actually good?
I can second the Iqunix Magi65 Pro. I have one and it’s lovely.

Dual-screen productivity setup with warm lighting and clean wood tones.
We always love seeing the IQUNIX Magi65 pro Keyboard out in the wild, but it looks especially good in a setup this clean. The wood aesthetic paired with monitors is top-tier. How are you liking the board for your daily workflow so far? You should definitely post a photo of this over in the r/IQUNIX

Low-profile mechanical keyboard that just works?
Pretty much every pre-built board "just works" these days. For low-profile, my current favourites are the Keychron K3 HE (and by extension the K3 Ultra, but I don't have hands-on time with that, so ymmv) and the Iqunix Magi65 Pro (the Magi75 is the same design and hardware but bigger). The Magi seri

Low profile mechanical keyboard suggestion
Yes, 2.4 GHz dongles typically fix all wake up issues - it's just instant and it usually performs slightly better battery-wise than bluetooth. I have 3 recommendations for Low Profiles: Iqunix Magi65 (Pro) Iqunix MQ80 Lofree Flow 2 All three of them are about as good as it gets for Low Profiles, but

Low profile or nah?
I switched to the Flow Lite for like a month and couldn't get my typing accuracy back. I got stuck at like 40 wpm lmao. For comparison, it took me less time to get up to speed on an ortholinear board and a 40% board. I immediately switched from the flow lite to the Iqunix Magi65 Pro, which has deepe

I don’t get the sidebar hate?
Yeah I generally agree with your sentiment on the thickness. My favourite low-profile board is the Iqunix Magi65 Pro, and that's still pretty thick. I like it specifically because it sounds great and has similar gasket performance — or even better sometimes — to a lot of full-height mech boards. It

Purchased a Lofree Lite Flow 84 in July, and the "PBT" keycaps have already gotten super shiny and oily
Yeah that sounds about right. I generally don't mind shine on keycaps, tbh. Especially double-shot, because I know I'll probably wear through my fingers before I wear through the keycaps, but still, it kinda sucks to know that a thing you paid for isn't quite as nice as you'd hoped. At any rate, it'

Updated a few things for 2025
Thanks! It's an IQunix Magi65 Pro. Best low profile keyboard I've used, and I own many.
