Keychron Q1 came with these adhesive foam strips, what are they used for?

M1 V5 double type

It happens. My Keychron Q4 was missing major functionality until I upgraded the firmware... but it had been sitting in a warehouse for at least a year based on the production date in the serial number.

Any differences in sound with part and full aluminium cases?

The Keychron K series are really surprisingly quiet boards. My K2 Pro is quieter than my Q4 or my Novelkeys NK65. But I would really recommend a wooden case if you can find one.
