First-time vinyl purchase
Ah, yeah you should for sure upgrade from that. Idk what your budget is, but check out the U-turn orbit, Pro-ject T1 or the Rega Planar 1. And then get some good speakers. Like the Kef Q150 or Klipsch RP-600M That would get you a real solid setup for under $1k.

I am looking for smallish speakers.
That would do it, but they aren’t exactly small. Klipsch RP600M IIs would fit the bill.

Best speakers for Eversolo Play?
I found I wasn't happy with the Eversolo Play until I moved it from a medium-large size living room to my smaller home office. There I found it worked well with my Klipsch RP-600M speakers. In the living room, I now have a WiiM Amp Ultra connected with my Wharfedale Linton 85. I'm pleased with this

Im looking for budget speakers for a small bedroom
I have Klipsch RP-600M’s in the bedroom and they’re great. Plenty of rich sound in a larger bedroom. They were $350 from Amazon shipped from Crutchfield

And for headphones using the Beyerdynamic DT 880 600 ohm version (if I did it over I would’ve gone for the 250 or 32 ohm) Fantastic setup but I have a huge problem. My PC sits right next to the syst

Klipsch RP-500M and RP-600M seem popular here, but there are mixed opinions. Audiophiles mostly against. They’re a good size for small and medium rooms, but they’re sort of forward and punchy. It’s like midrange down, bass and treble up.

Best speakers for Eversolo Play?
I found the Play very frustrating in my living room (medium to large room) when paired with the Klipsch RP-600M. I recently moved both the Play and the same speakers to my home office and I'm pleasantly surprised how good they sound. I am of the opinion that the amplifier within the Play is best for
