Have IPS 1440p gaming monitors disappeared ?
From my point of view yes, absolutely. I've tried both the Gigabyte MO27Q28G and the KTC M27T6 before. The Gigabyte was fine, but not the complete gamechanger OLED is praised to be, and since I also work and read a lot on the monitor, I couldn't ignore how much better the text looks on an IPS. Also,

For mini led KTC M27P6 (IPS) and M27T6 (VA) have good local dimming but build quality is a mediocre, avoid MSI 16m (blooming but overall better firmware upgrades), good is INNOCN with better quality. For Oleds there is many options, I'll go for Asus (general good displays with so-so warranty) or MSI
