One monitor I’m eyeing is the KTC M27T6 or M27T6s. The first is VA panel while the latter is IPS. Been reading reviews and there are only a few as I think it just recently hit the global market, but it looks like they dont have any issues that you have mentioned on the Xiaomi and is supposedly cheap

Holy shit that's a weak GPU for such a high end build. Cut money on the motherboard significantly and get a 9070 XT. You are cheaping out on the part of the build that determines 90% of your performance! I would say fuck getting anything else remotely fancy and allocate your cash to a better GPU fir

I went with KTC M27T6, got it for 212GPB and I'm very happy. For that money its very good for me, and when I tried HDR, just wow. For that price it's amazing.
