The faster port on the Y700 Gen 3 is on the bottom in landscape mode. Blocking this port would only be an issue if you are playing in portrait mode. I never have had that situation. Idk what your budget is but if you can manage to get a lenovo legion y700 gen 3 or 4 with at least 12 gb ram then that would be better. Just try to find something with at least 12 gb of ram and an sd 8 gen 2.

I would honestly get a Legion tab y700 + Abxysolute S9 for emulation. You could also stream and take advantage of the av1 codec with a newer model. I've owned a few handhelds and this gave me the best battery life. Everything non android rn dies in a couple hours of heavy gaming + most handheld PCs
