Anyone knowledgeable in HDR, how do I make it not washed out/blurry
My previous monitor (now secondary) of LG 27GL83A-B has HDR10 and it was pretty good. HDR10 is in my opinion the minimum HDR you want that is not an OLED/mini. The HDR on that monitor was good but nothing in comparison to an OLED HDR. As others mention, SDR content isn't good in HDR. Windows really

LG 27GL83A-B or LG 27GN800-B / other monitor recommendations.
The LG 27GL83A-B is a solid option My brother has that one and it has worked the same for like 3 years now Not the best with contrast but performance is pretty good as its IPS

r5 7600 or r7 7800x3d (gpu is 9070xt)
27" 144/160/180hz 2k(1440p) monitor is what i would go for. But note that i obviously have a bias because i myself am using a 27" 144hz 1440p monitor atm. Panel choices are TN/VA/IPS/OLED. [Event] Halloween Special: Play your scariest game with LG OLED’s Perfect Black
I'd love to play Cronos the New Dawn for sure. Currently using an LG 27GL850; though still great, the IPS panel certainly lacks in showing perfect blacks. An OLED would absolutely make any horror games that much more immersive and scarier.
