I think the MA270S already fits your use case pretty well. If you want to look around more though, I’d probably check out the Apple Studio Display, LG UltraFine 5K, or Dell U2725QE too. The only way to fix it is to buy a 27 inch 5k monitor which has like 218 PPI. But also you lose something because most of them are 60hz. Chiming in to say (like others) I found one for $400 (27MD5KL-B) and I’ve been very happy with it. Going strong for over a year, no issues. Definitely worth it at this price! You can have two for the same price as a Studio Display and still have cash left over.
