i ran into this exact issue last year. spanish layout limits things but there are options. look at Keychron K3 Pro - they offer ISO ES layouts and it's low profile. also check NuPhy Air75 V2 with spanish keycaps. both have backlight, long battery, and native Mac mode. Logitech Mechanical doesn't have replaceble keycaps. In addition, the software and programmability is much more limited than the NuPhy's and doesn't work if the internet isn't live.
