I bought an msi g255f(₹9k) and creative pebble v2 (₹2k) since the monitor doesn't come with speakers , so far a good experience for me since around this price monitors will most probably have shitty speakers anyway ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

If its for gaming then get an AMD GPU since your CPU is very weak. Cpu overhead for nvidia GPUs is pretty big compared to AMD hence AMD GPUs are better for gaming builds with weak CPUs. Get a used rx6600 for ~11K. Upgrading your RAM to 16gb and CPU to something like i5 9600k or 9700f will be a huge

Do not get 27” FHD panels. The PPI of those will be way too low and will result in blurry text and less clarity. I personally own the MSI G255F and it is a solid panel for its price. 1080p panel, has a DP port, 180hz refresh rate and 99% sRGB. I’d personally recommend that.

Haven't tested 1440p or 4k, cause I have MSI G255F E20 it does the job pretty well for me and yeah it's a 1080p monitor
