4k gaming on 9070 xt and 7800 x3d

Game will look better sharpness wise, but textures and volumetrics will obviously suffer if you’re going down to low/medium compared to high/ultra. I’d personally go for 1440p, as you’ll be able to push higher refresh rates. If you’re still wanting that bigger screen, ultrawide is another good optio

Anybody using an OLED display for Eve?

There are various generations of QD-OLED so I'd consider something recent and wide 2k 34" Gen3 or Gen4I'd suggest MSI MPG 341CQPX, it's the most solid pick right now. There are also new QD-OLED 34" Gen 5 5120x2160 5k2k panels with 360hz from both LG and Samsung, so monitors should be available aroun

9800x3d + 9070xt - 1440p vs 4K

I got a 7700X and 9070XT. I play on the MSI 341CQPX. I play most games on at least 120fps at UW1440p relatively comfortably. Most OLEDs go up to 240hz and you'll be able to fill that out with most competitive games with some compromises and most AAA games I can find some settings to get at least 100

G-SYNC Compatible vs Native

Coming from an old native G-sync monitor (ROG swift PG27V), bought right before they open-sourced it in late 2018, I also had this concerned when I bought the MSI 341CQPX which is only G-sync compatible. But for the past year I've been using it, there's no issue when it comes to tearing & smoothness

Recommendations for OLED 34inch Monitor for my gamer bf

Below is the best answer. It's uses the same panel as the more expensive LG monitors but way cheaper. Plus during Shopee sale, you can get it a better price after coupons. MSI MPG 341CQPX QD-OLEDhttps://shopee.sg/product/637668725/26227555253

Best Non-OLED Monitors? Ultrawide or 4k?

UW or 4k depends on your setup and what it can handle and the games you play, and how much you value the overall longevity of your system vs resolution quality. There's a big gap in how taxing 1440p vs UW 1440P vs 4k is on your system. Burn-in is usually a non-issue for most people if they put any am

Is Oled Care still a big problem on MSI oled monitors?

i was worried about this too before getting my 341cqpx. good news - they updated the firmware so you can manually run pixel refresh now from the osd menu. i work from home too and just run it when i take lunch or end the day. it never interrupts gaming because you choose when. the panel holds up gre

Looking for advice on choosing a gaming PC for my husband as a birthday gift

For about $200, MicroCenter will assemble your pc for you, but I recommend you buy the parts now and then assemble the pc with your husband as a couples project for his birthday. I think you’ll both have fun and it will make you both much more comfortable working on the pc later on. I chose this Mic

9070 XT: 1440p or 4k?

Msi mpg 341cqpx. It’s the newer version with 240hz. I’ve been very happy with it. Has all of the nice to haves like usb c power delivery, kvm switch etc. I thought about it a long time and looked at all the comparable ones before I settled on it. No regrets besides wondering on occasion about 4K but
