Why isn't this in every OM/Olympus camera? You don't need a physical dial for it.
My more advanced E-M1ii back then didn’t have it when the older PEN-F did. Here I am with the OM-1 and same problem. The OM-3 is a repackaged OM-1ii…. And as usual removed. The E-P7 is based on the E-M10IV. Olympus and OM Systems hates its users lol.

Upgrade
I would not call it a "huge" upgrade, you get a good stabilization and the new sensor, but you don't really get more functionalities as the EM10iv is shrunk down to keep it beginner friendly. You won't have full control of your camera. I would rather go for an EM5iii or OM5 to get all the Olympus fu
