Yes it’s the oura gen 4. I’ve had it over 1.5 years and absolutely love it. I work night shift so it’s really challenged me to prioritize my sleep recognize when I shouldn’t overextend by working out. It’s also been my form of tracking my cycle. Highly recommended.

Ich hab einen Oura Gen 4. Wenn es dir nur ums Sport Tracken geht würde ich dir davon abraten, das macht der Ring am schlechtesten. Insbesondere beim Krafttraining kann der Ring auch zT nerven und eigentlich soll man auch keine Ringe tragen dabei wegen der Verletzungsgefahr. Herzfrequenz und Co sind

I have both an Apple Watch series 10 and an Oura ring gen 4. They work well together and for sleeping I do like Oura better. I think a smart ring would be a good option for you for sleep tracking and general day to day tracking, but I don’t think any smart ring is going to be good option for the gym
