No point for M43 to compete in areas where it's 100% losing out. Better to focus on it's strengths like portability and good enough image quality. Actually the Panasonic 10-25mm F1.7 is around a F3.4 full frame dof, slightly shallower dof than the 16-35mm F4 on your S9, maybe consider a 16-35mm F2.8. Unless you mean stabilisation... in which I don't think you can match the m43 GH7/G9ii on full frame

Youll find eventually that you dont want a hybrid camera at all, because the ergonomics of a Photocamera is poor for shooting Video, and vise versa. Just get 2 diffrent cameras.
