Honest opinions - Reolink with Frigate
I have reolink battery doorbell, E1 outdoor pro (wifi) and 1224A.... Battery doorbell does not work with Frigate, due to the ad-hoc nature of its recording. The wifi (poe/powered) doorbell does work, I believe. E1 and 1224 are perfectly happy with frigate under home assistant. No on-device recording

Looking for a baby camera with cry detection
Reolink E1 Pro, but don't rely on cameras for baby cry detection, they are not reliable at all for this. It is Wi-Fi, this won't be reliable. The audio detection itself is not reliable (there is no brand at this level that has reliable audio detection). You have 2 points of failure which are high. Y

If the camera is going inside, the reolink e1 pro would probably do pretty well. It can record to a reolink nvr (obviously), frigate, or you can just put an SD card in it

Obsessed with my bird feeder!
I used a Reolink E1 Outdoor Pro, which is a plug-in powered wifi camera, which will give you the best results.
