E1 Outdoor Pro

I just installed a Reolink E1 Outdoor Pro for my sister in law and I was pretty impressed with it. But it's Wi-Fi only, no PoE which I would want.

A Reolink E1 Pro or RLC-810A works great for this, both can record directly to your PC via FTP or their app without needing a hub. Just point it at the yard and enable motion alerts. Solar powered ones are nice but battery can struggle in winter; I'd go PoE if you can run a cable.

Not sure it's the same as what you are doing, but... I have a Reolink wireless camera (E1 Outdoor Pro), mains powered, connected by wifi to my AIMesh network. Records fine in frigate.... Distance to the nearest AP is about 12-14m, basically line of sight with very little in the way.
