To the white van on Ox Road who didn’t clean the ice off the top: I hate you. I hate you with everything in me.
I've had a Viofo A129 (I think) front and back for almost 4 years going now. It's been through brutal West coast summers and icy Midwest winters. Still going strong.

Hit and run ice damage
Just get a good VIOFO. A129 pro duo is what I have in 3 cars. They have newer ones too.

Driver passed me on shoulder and when they cut into my lane, pit maneuvered themselves. Need anyone who witnessed it
Viofo a129 plus i think is what I got. Front and back, good enough quality for the price. More than paid for itself when a guy backed his truck into me.

Got my R8 in today and went for a test drive. This thing is awesome!
Its a Viofo A129 Plus Duo (front and rear) with a polarization filter. One of their lower end models, 1440p front / 1080 rear. Had it for 3 years or so, been great so far

I turn now, good luck everybody else!
Definitely recommend a camera that has front, rear, and 2 "inside" cameras (since those can easily be angled to point out the driver and passenger windows). Only 'tricky' part is if you want to hardwire it using an 'add a fuse' to your panel so it doesn't take up the 12V socket. This is because the

What dashcam is everyone using
Viofo A129. Place it up behind the mirror and you'll hardly notice it. The rear cam is near the edge of the frame and never seems to be an obstruction. I've also wired mine to a fuse tap which is actually pretty easy.

Dash cams 'protect more than harm' drivers, despite self-incrimination fears
This is just straight up false. Almost EVERYONE is Wasting Money on Dash Cams. Personally use a Viofo 119v3, which is 150ish. Superb dashcam, and if you want one with a rear cam too you can get the a129 plus for under 300.

DASH CAM
I have the Viofo A129 in mine. Front and rear. Installed it myself. Hard wired to the fuse box and all wires concealed. Not nearly as invasive as you’d think.

241 toll road tailgater
VIOFO A129 Pro. Has a front and back camera. I've had it a few years and it's been solid.

15 passenger van front and rear dash recommendation
Username + title, lol Get two dual-channel dashcam setups, like the Viofo A129 Plus Duo or Pro Duo. You would need two microSD cards, but this would be the best way to get reliable, good quality video from all four channels. The "rear cam" from each setup would be used as the front interior and rear
