Viofo a329 is one of the best on the market and is the same price. Even the a129 or a229 at half the cost is better than the OEM one.

VIOFO a329s I think. Im not entirely sure of the model but I think that’s it. They make a few 3 channel options. One has a telephoto instead of interior so don’t get them mixed up. So true. First one I got was in 2016, a Garmin NuviCam LMTHD. I balked at it initially as it was $520. In March 2017, I was reversed into and without the dash cam, my insurance would have gone up a lot more than $500 over the span. Well worth the price at the time. It’s hard driving now without one.

All parking modes are the same in terms of them working based on a low voltage cutoff that you define. There isn't any concern about the car throwing errors from this with any brand.
