It has a button eraser. They also sell more advanced styli separate. The included one is the best included stylus I've seen, except that it rattles a little. I use the included stylus on my Viwoods Mini, and a Supernote Heart of Metal 2 stylus on the big Viwoods.

if you want colour, the note air 5c is pretty nice. Be aware though, the colours are very rudimentry and it looks more like old grey recycled paper than white paper. A lot of people say you need the front light on all the time, I actually use it without all the time in my (home) office environment.
