I love the deal but I don't have the money for it
That is way too expensive. Last I checked best buy has the exact same drive for 299.99 but it's the 850p, so you'll likely need to remove the heatsink if your Mobo has heatsinks pre installed. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/wd-black-sn850p-2tb-internal-ssd-pcie-gen-4-x4-with-heatsink-for-ps5/JXJ62C

Does this build look good for my preferences?
https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4866253 This deal might end tonight in a little over an hour. $830, 9850x3d, x870 tomahawk, 2x16gb 6000 cl 30 rgb ram. The power supply included isn't as nice as an rmx but it's okay quality, not some piece of junk I would be afraid to u

200ish NVMe ssd upgrade
I'd recommend a 2tb for 300ish if you can stretch the dollar. Crucial p310, WD blue SN5100, WD black SN850P are all $300 at the moment. Looks like there may be a trend in decreasing prices so there is the risk of waiting a bit longer for cheaper prices as well.

Should I consider getting an extra SSD?
That’s 400$ cheaper than what my 8TB WD Black SN850P is priced at its cheapest today😂

Storage space
Now is a terrible time for storage prices. I personally found a wd black 4tb hdd at my local Walmart on clearance for 116$ so it's worth a look imo. best buy has wd black 850p 2tb ssd for 299.99 https://www.bestbuy.com/product/wd-black-sn850p-2tb-internal-ssd-pcie-gen-4-x4-with-heatsink-for-ps5/JXJ6

[OC] just a casual ~250% price increase
It's $234 USD here. The Best Buy pricing is crazy. If you look at the trend of pricing, it looks like a Sawtooth wave. https://pangoly.com/en/price-history/western-digital-wd-black-sn850p-1tb
