FTTP installation question
If you cannot drill, and cannot run long ethernet cables, suggest you look at a tri-band wireless mesh system. My first was Tenda MW12, then Asus CT8, and currently using Asus XT9. The former 2 I handed down to my kids and they are happy enough with them at their homes.

How is ASUS getting away with broken Adaptive QoS on Wifi 7 routers?
It’s a client behind the XT9 mesh. The raw bandwidth is great, but the Broadcom chip in the main ASUS router is handling the traffic queues terribly under load.
